Changes & Interruptions

Navigating a constantly changing landscape has and will always be a crucial role of humanity. No one is immune to changes, and all will experience shifts in their day-to-day as life progresses.

The great challenge is learning to roll with changes and learning to have the discernment on when to take specific necessary actions or not.

When I was a principal, a colleague told me,

" The job of a principal is a job of interruptions."

Oh, how correct she was!

You will be pulled in a hundred different directions on any given day. The plans you had may or may not happen due to the changes & circumstances around you.

Our success will come when we plan enough ahead to be able to handle the changes & interruptions.

Stay diligent in your preparation, so your baseline is already set and ready when the unexpected occurs.
