Team,
As you settle in for your Labor Day and prepare for the upcoming week, I want to thank you for the work you have done. You have accomplished a significant amount in a short period of time. You have redesigned an entire learning system (multiple times). And it WORKS!
I was with some families this weekend who continue to celebrate the work you all have done. We have received multiple emails and phone calls sharing positive experiences from students.
I am proud of you and your efforts to provide meaningful learning for our kids. In the last two weeks, we have been in many classrooms and seeing the connecting with kids and the joy they are experiencing is incredible. I know some limitations and areas need improvement, yet no one is afraid to tackle the challenges we face. (See the attached Blog Post from Seth Godin)

On my run this morning, I head a song by artists Tyrone Wells, Freedom. In the song, he speaks of sending out joy and energy to all and the return that comes with it...like a Boomerang.
